First, Hillary Clinton got criticized for not wearing makeup, pulling her hair back, and wearing her glasses when speaking in Bangladesh. NOW, everyone is talking about Clinton and her sexuality and saying that she is a lesbian

“Washington, the smarter less attractive version of Hollywood.”

The American Family’s Association, Bryan Fischer, stated,

“If Hillary Clinton becomes president in 2016 she will not only be our first female president she could be our first lesbian president.”

Gennifer Flowers, Bill Clinton’s former alleged mistress, said that she was told by Bill Clinton himself that his wife was bisexual.

It was also reported by the San Francisco Chronicle’s Carla Marinucci, who tweeted a picture of anti-Hillary buttons at a state conference hosted by the California GOP that read, “KFC Hillary Special: 2 Fat Thighs/2 Small Breasts…Left Wing.”KFCThese buttons are CLEARLY an example of sexism.

Perhaps Fischer, and the person who dreamed up the offensive Hillary buttons are less concerned about the former first lady being a ‘lesbian’ or ‘bisexual’ or ‘left wing’ but are truly fearful of a female leading our nation. And they would not be the only ones.

The next time you are brought into a conversation focusing on Hillary’s sexual disposition, her preference for pantsuits or her various body parts, try to refocus the talk to more important, substantive issues, like her foreign policy views, the way in which she intends to fight terrorist cells or how to end the war on drugs.

Obama and Clinton: The Unstoppable Team?

Obama went to Clinton and asked for his help with the rollout of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and Clinton agreed to do it! Will this help with the Americans agreeing that the Affordable Care Act will be a true positive? Well, I guess we will see next week when the enrollment opens up for health insurance exchanges– which is the center of the ACA. Obama joined Clinton at the Clinton family foundation’s annual convention.

The conversation turned out to be a policy-heavy discussion about the financial reality of America’s health care system and what Mr. Obama’s health care law would attempt to do about it. Mr. Clinton — famous for being long winded — as technically the interviewer and Mr. Obama the subject. But both men took long turns with the microphone.

I guess we will just have to wait until October 1, 2013 to see what happens with the ACA, the government, and health insurance exchanges. To me: the government should not shut down, the ACA helps many people, and all of this is going to cause hell next week if this does not get figured out soon.
